Return/exchange policy?
Items purchased are custom made and printed just for you. Returns or exchanges cannot be offered unless the item is defective.
If something you received is defective or not up to our usual standards please contact us via email with a picture(s) of the damaged item and your order number and we will gladly take a look for you to see what went wrong!
I made an mistake when ordering! Can I fix it?
New orders are typically put on hold for one-two hours after it is placed to allow for any necessary changes to billing/shipping addresses or item sizes and colors! Should you have the need to edit or cancel an order please contact us via email. Once orders are processed little can be done to correct/stop the order.
My order is defective.
If you received a defective item please contact us via email with a picture of the damaged item and we'll do what we can to make it right!
